In addition to a valid ID, nustr may request a selfie with the presented ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and documentation related to payment method ownership (such as a GCash account screenshot showing the registered name and number).
Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC. nustr is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from a User's failure to submit KYC documentation promptly and accurately.
nustr accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) in real time for e-wallet methods and subject to standard processing timelines for bank transfers and card payments. nustr does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your Account or to verified accounts in your own name. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

nustr reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 within a 24-hour period. This may extend processing time beyond standard timelines.
All transactions on the nustr Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustr does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
nustr offers various promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program benefits. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.
New nustr members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ₱10,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically on the first qualifying deposit and carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed to a User and the outcome recorded on nustr's or the provider's server, the server record shall prevail.

Upon permanent account closure due to breach of Terms, nustr reserves the right to withhold any or all balances pending investigation and resolution, which may include referral to relevant authorities.

nustr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, nustr will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and legal updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.
